Adobe опять угадали с новой нишей для своих программных продуктов, а именно компактное программное обеспечение для эффективной обработки фотографий. Ведь, сделать то много не требуется. На первых порах достаточно сгладить дефекты экспозиции, провести тоновую и цветовую коррекции.

Кадрирование фотографий полученных цифровым фотоаппаратом достаточно не сложное, если не устранять дефектов перспективы.

Очевидно, что только для обработки фотографий загружать громоздкий Photoshop не целесообразно, а альтернатив нет. Да, можно использовать другие редакторы типа ACDSee, но в отношении последнего можно сказать, что это просмоторщик изображений, а встроенный редактор – просто дополнение к нему.

Lightroom это во-первых редактор, во-вторых каталогизатор и только в-третьих просмоторщик фотографий. Причем предназначен он именно для фотографий и, в этом смысле, он не пересекается с Bridge, который я вляется просмоторщиком в чистом виде.

Более того, я склоняюсь к мнению о том, что для дизайнеров Lightroom важнее Photoshop просто потому, что настройки менее научны и более интуитивно. Фактически, они все приведены к ассоциативной базе, это и есть его главное достоинство. IMHO

Не думаю, что мне имеет смысл открывать Америку под печкой описывая инструменты управления цветом в Lightroom, эту информацию можно получить там

Новая программа для организации и обработки фотографий. В целом целевой аудиторией являются фотографы. С выводами спешить не буду, так как я только устанавливаю эту программу. Но на сайте ФотоДилера появились первые уроки по использованию Lightroom.

Советую посетить этот ресурс и посмотреть уроки. Автор подходит к вопросу профессионально и аккуратно.

Я, конечно, куплю книжку и узнаю КАК предполагали выполнять эту операцию дяди из Adobe, но пока хочется оценить интерфейс методом проб и ошибок.

Надо закрасить объект градиентной заливкой и отредактировать ее. Ok. Рисую прямоугольник, вызываю нажатием на правом sidebar на значок, появляется менюшка Gradient.

Но когда я хочу выбрать образец цвета мне необходимо открыть другую менюшку, при этом первая успешно скрывается.

Приходиться отрывать в свободное плавание либо Swatches либо Gradient для их одновременного доступа. Безусловно, надо еще изучить матчасть, так сказать, посмотреть tutorials, но на первый взгляд удобнее не стало.

Для меня такой способ добавления и редактирования градиента наиболее удобен, так как я уже выбрал необходимые мне образцы цвета и хочу работать с ними. Да, если щелкнуть на бегунке образца цвета на градиенте, то появиться вкладка Color, но мне то она не нужна в данной ситуации!

Программы из CS3 ставятся гораздо дольше их предшественников (ну по крайней мере у меня). Более того, сразу же меня просят выгрузить браузер и другие запущенные приложения от Adobe.

Интерфейс переработан полностью, даже toolbox сделан в один столбец! Очевидно стремление Adobe сделать удобнее работу на больших мониторах, к тому же в целом они стали намного доступнее.

Менюшки по умолчанию сrрыты, показываются при нажатии на соответствующую иконку в правом toolbox. Идеология практически заимствована из InDesign (факт развития интерфейса InDesign в других приложениях Adobe и в первую очередь в Illustrator я предсказывал еще на момент выхода CS2 )

В вот для того, чтобы ее скрыть необходимо попасть мышкой по галочкам, находящимся в правом верхнем углу выпадающего меню. Очень неудобно, так как сами галочки достаточно маленькие. Надеюсь, это только первое впечатление человека, который еще не разобрался во всех особенностях абсолютно нового интерфейса.
