Пользуюсь экшеном Павла для повышения резкости растровых оригиналов. Исключительно им доволен. Правда, его пришлось немного упростить для моих целей, но это не уменьшает фундаментального подхода Павла, а, скорее, свидетельствует об простоте моих задач.

Задумал я создать энциклопедию по настольным издательским системам в стиле wiki — аналог Википедии. Правда, в отличие от последней моя энциклопедия не будет полностью открытой для редактирования, доступ к изменению контента будет только у зарегистрированных мною пользователей.

Это связано с тем, что я не хочу давать простую возможность любому идиоту испортить дело, на которое я трачу свои силы.

Для чтения энциклопедия, естественно, будет доступна всем, для этого будет достаточно перейти по ссылке www.dtpcraft.info/wiki

На данный момент я предполагаю следующие разделы: общие термины, единицы измерения, компании, расширения файлов, цветовые модели, программные продукты, учебные заведения, литература, веб ресурсы, персоналии и другие.

Работа предстоит большая, но благодарная. Подобной энциклопедии в русскоязычном интернете нет. Есть только какие то огрызки на ProDTP, систематического фундаметального глоссария никто делать не пытался — кишка тонка, тут надо и в Ленинке посидеть и «верстаком» поработать.

Я с удовольствием прислушаюсь к вашим комментариям, особенно, что касается ошибок — каждую статью можно комментировать. Готов принимать желающих в авторы и редакторы, оставляйте заявки в комментах.

у меня появилась возможность поработать с локальной “хардовой” версией этого замечательного сервиса (про который я уже писал) а точнее программы для отрисовки (трейса) растровой графики.

наверно эту маленькую бесплатную программку для Windows (Linux) нельзя в полной мере отнести к DTP софту, но в последнее время я просто не представляю себе запуск программ без нее.

идея запускать приложения по принципу Spotlight из MacOs X не нова, но Launchy отличает исключительная функциональность, красота и лояльность по отношению к остальному софту, для Windows это очень важно.

все эти достоинства являются заслугой автора программы Джоша Карлина (Josh Karlin) из The University of New Mexico, который, помимо всего прочего, наделил свое детище интеллектом, который позволяет программе подстраиваться под ваши нужды, угадывая приложения буквально с нескольких букв. в итоге для запуска того же Photoshop необходимо нажать Alt+Space а потом просто “ph”.

про новое приложение в системе Launchy узнает за секунды, так как постоянно сканирует соответственные системные папки. это никак не сказывается на быстродействии системы.
