Подхватываю инициативу СИМа по сбору инфы по бесплатным фото стокам. Мое личное мнение заключается в том, что такое количество просто не нужно, достаточно 2-3 но качественных. Лично я отдаю предпочтение BigStockPhoto, поэтому хорошие платные привожу тоже, но морем

Sxc.hu	Largest resource for free stock photos. Just be sure to check the license info as some photos need permission before being used.
MorgueFile.com	All free and can be used in commercial projects without permission or credit. (has nothing to do with death)
ImageAfter.com	You can download and use any image or texture from this site and use it in your own work, either personal or commercial.
FreePhotosBank.com	Free photo resource with a decent catalog. Really free, no permission or credit needed.
OpenPhoto.net	The Open Photo Project is a moderated photo community with the goal of uniting image consumers and producers through Creative Commons licensing.
FreeMediaGoo.com	The images may be used for commercial or personal use in print, film, TV, Internet or other media. Credit for the images is not necessary.
UnProfound.com	This collection of photos is for anyone to use in just about any way they’d like. Nice Imagery!
ImageBase	Nice collection of hi quality photos with a very simple terms of use.
FreeRangeStock.com	Nice site, with great stock… you need to sign up for a free membership before downloading photos.

ShutterStock	- Almost 4 million stock photos available. Subscriptions start at $249/mo, and include up to 25 downloads per day. Also offers an Enhanced License which allows for unlimited runs for merchandising uses as well as high-viewership commercial uses at $449/mo with 5 downloads per day.
Photos.com	- If you want to download a lot of images per day, Photos.com offers up to 250 downloads per day on their monthly subscription plans which cost about $99/mo.
GettyImages	- Getty Images offers the subscription service "Creative Express" for stock photo power-users. The catalog includes about 150,000 images and allows up to 50 downloads per day. Editors note: It looks to me like GettyImages may be phasing out "Creative Express".
Stock Xpert	- Offer stock photo subscriptions starting at $199/mo and $1499/year. Downloads are limited to 25 per day.
DreamsTime	- With over 3 million images, dreamstime offers a subscription service starting at $89/mo. for 10 downloads per day. The subscription model scales all the way up to 1899.99/year with 25 downloads per day.
AbleStock	- 120,000+ High-Resolution Images, Stock Photos and Photo Objects with Clipping Paths. Subscriptions start at $229/mo with downloads limited to 100 per 24 hour period.
